摘 要:采用反相悬浮法合成了淀粉基交联共聚载药微球,运用红外、热重、电镜、粒度分析仪对产物进行了表征,并对淀粉微球细胞毒性进行了分析。实验表明,合成的淀粉微球大小均一、结构致密、孔隙发育良好。平均粒径为16.6μm,粒径在30μm以下的微球占82%。淀粉微球随交联度的增加,溶解度、溶胀度下降,吸水量增加。交联淀粉微球对人视网膜色素上皮细胞没有毒性,可作为一种良好的药物载体。Crosslinked starch microspheres(CSMs) was synthesized by reversed phase suspension method.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and granularity analyzer were used to characterize cationic starch microspheres,and the toxicity of CSMs towards cells was analyzed.The results showed that CSMs was homogeneous and spherical particulates,and the microspheres's framework was tightness.82% of microspheres with 16.6 μm of average diameter was below 30 μm.With increasing crosslinking rate,the solubility,swelling rate of CSMs reduced,and the adsorbability in water increased.CSMs have no toxicity to human retinal pigment epithelial cells.CSMs may be used as a favorable drug carrier.
