摘　　要：Amphidinolide C是从海洋鞭毛藻类植物Amphidinium sp中提取出的结构新颖的大环内脂化合物。综述了近年来合成Amphidinolide C的最新研究进展,重点讨论其结构中四氢呋喃环片段的合成。Amphidinolide C,isolated from the marine dinoflagellates Amphidinium sp,is a structurally unique macrolides.The progress in synthesis of Amphidinolide C were reviewed,especially on the synthesis of tetrahydrofuran subunits.
