摘 要:在刚性转子和小角度不对中量等假设条件下,考虑转子的转角不对中和质量不平衡等因素后,建立了转子系统的动力学模型。首先,根据L agrange方程推导了系统的运动微分方程。理论分析表明,转角不对中转子系统是一个具有参激振动特征的强非线性振动系统;然后,基于谐波平衡法分析了系统的动力学特性,结果显示,当转子转角不对中时,系统不仅会产生与不平衡类似的工频振动,而且也会产生工频与转子不对中角方向振动频率倍数之和或之差组成的组合频率振动,其振幅与角不对中量和系统的物理参数有关;最后,采用数值方法分析了具有转角不对中故障转子系统的非线性动力学特性。Rotor misalignment is one of the most important faults in rotating machinery,which can also cause excessive vibrations and dislikeful noises.Under some assumptions,such as rigid rotors and small angular misalignment,the dynamics model of rotor system is developed after considering the misalignment of rotors and the unbalance of mass.Firstly,motion equations are derived using the Lagrange′s approach,and it presents that angularly misaligned rotor system is a strongly nonlinear one with parametric excitations.Based on the harmonic balance method,the nonlinear dynamics characteric of the system is analyzed.The results show that the misaligned system exists the same component of steady state responses at rotating frequency as the unbalanced system presents,and exists the combinational frequencies composed of the rotating frequency and the frequency in the angular direction,and its amplitudes of responses at combinational frequencies are depended on the angular misalignment and other parameters of the system.Finally,the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of rotor system with angular misalignment are analyzed by the numerical method.
