摘  要:基于常用铁素体不锈钢钢种439,通过降低硅含量,增加铝含量,得到了3种不同成分的低硅高铝不锈钢。采用金相显微镜研究了其微观组织,并通过拉伸试验及硬度测试对其力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,铝能促进439不锈钢的回复再结晶,细化晶粒。随着439不锈钢合金成分中铝含量的增加,冷轧退火板的晶粒尺寸较小,硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度升高。Based on ferritic stainless steel 439, three types of low-silicon high-alumina stainless steels with different component were obtained by reducing silicon content and increasing aluminum content. The microstructure was studied using metallographic microscope, and their mechanical properties were analyzed through tensile test and hardness test. The results show that the alloying aluminum can promote the recrystallization and refine grain of stainless steel 439. When the aluminum content increases, the grain size of cold-rolled annealed panel becomes small, but the hardness, yield strength and tensile strength of stainless steel 439 increase.
