摘  要:分析了固溶、形变和时效对Cu-0.65Cr-0.35Zr合金性能的影响。结果表明,经固溶处理后施加冷变形,再进行时效处理可获得较高的导电率和硬度。合金经1000℃保温1h水淬,60%的冷变形,500℃时效4~6h,导电率大于75%IACS,硬度大于147 HB;经1000℃保温1h水淬,60%的冷变形,500℃时效2h,导电率72%IACS,硬度163HB,抗拉强度532MPa,断裂伸长率9.2%,当变形量为80%时,其抗拉强度可达585MPa,断裂伸长率16.3%。经该工艺处理后,合金可具有500℃的抗高温软化能力。The effects of solution,cold deformation and aging parameters on the mechanical properties of Cu-0.65Cr-0.35Zr alloy were analyzed.The results indicate that the relatively higher electrical conductivity and hardness is achieved after solution,cold deformation and aging processes.The electrical conductivity and hardness is higher respectively than 75% IACS and 147 HB after solution at 1000 ℃ for 1 h,60% cold deformation and aging at 500 ℃ for 4 h~6 h;upon aging at 500 ℃ for 2 h,the electrical conductivity reaches about 72%IACS and hardness 163HB.The tensile strength reaches 532 MPa and elongation 9.2%;the tensile strength of 80% deformed alloy reaches 585 MPa,the elongation is about 16.3%.The resistance to softening at elevated temperature is above 500 ℃.
