植物品种权市场化运营中产学研合作困境的博弈分析

摘　　要：产学研合作是植物品种权市场化运营的重要模式,它有利于植物品种权创新与实施的有效融合,实现植物品种权商业价值的最大化。文章在对植物品种权市场化运营内涵界定和产学研市场化运营模式剖析的基础上,借助博弈论分析了植物品种权市场化运营中产学研合作履约率低、履约成本高的问题,以及重复博弈下植物品种权市场化运营中的产学研合作行为,提出建立良性信任机制、完善利益分配机制、加强沟通协调机制、创造大量重复博弈的合作环境等优化策略,以加强植物品种权市场化运营中的产学研合作。University-industry cooperation, an important mode of marketization operations of plant variety right, is favorable to combine innovation and carrying out of the plant variety right and to realize maximization of their commercial value. On the basis of defining the connotation of marketization operations of plant variety right and analyzing the university-industry cooperation mode, problems were analyzed by game theory, i.e., low execution rate and high cost. University-industry cooperation behaviors of marketization operations of plant variety right under repeated game were analyzed. Then, optimization strategy for strengthening university-industry cooperation of marketizatian operations of plant variety right were put forward, i.e., establishing benign trust mechanism, perfecting the interest-distribution mechanism, strengthening communication and coordination mechanism, and creating environment for numerous repeated game and cooperation.
