摘 要:目的:探讨高原军人睡眠质量与神经行为之间的关系。方法:对108名驻高原地区的士兵进行部分神经行为功能测试,测验有数字译码、数字跨度、视觉记忆和目标追踪。睡眠质量评估采用匹兹堡量表。结果:41.7%(45/108)的士兵存在睡眠质量降低,下降组匹兹堡量表各成分平均得分高于对照组,除药物因子外,其余因子组间有显著统计差异。两组间神经行为测验和训练成绩比较,下降组成绩明显低于对照组(数字译码:47.69 vs 53.41,t=2.21,P<0.05;数字跨度:15.80 vs17.63,t=2.96,P<0.01;视觉记忆:7.02 vs 7.86,t=2.98,P<0.01;目标追踪:165.0 vs 179.6,t=2.53,P<0.05;训练成绩:35.2 vs 39.7,t=2.61,P<0.01)。结论:高原军人的睡眠质量对认知功能和军事训练有不同程度的影响,睡眠质量的改善将有助于军事训练水平的提高。Objective:To investigate a relationship between the sleep quality and neurobehaviour of military personnel at high altitude.Methods:A total of 108 military personnel were assessed by WHO-NCTB and PSQI.Results:41.7%(45/108) soldiers had lower sleep quality.The performance of digit symbol task(47.69 vs 53.41,t=2.21,P0.05),digit span task(15.80 vs 17.63,t=2.96,P0.01),visual retention task(7.02 vs 7.86,t=2.98,P0.01) and pursuit aiming task(165.0 vs 179.6,t=2.53,P0.05) in suffered from sleep disorder soldier were significantly lower than that in controls.As compared with controls,the performance of military training(35.2 vs 39.7,t=2.61,P0.01) in sleep disorder soldiers decreased significantly.Conclusions:The sleep quality of military personnel could affect their cognitive function and military training at high-altitude.It could rise the level of military training by ameliorating the sleep quality.
