摘　　要：从诠释战略性新兴产业的概念入手,分析了我国战略性新兴产业的发展现状,并针对发展中存在的主要问题,提出了增强自主创新能力、完善科技服务体系、构筑高层次人才小高地、构建新型投融资体系、完善相关政策等一系列对策。On the basis of explaining the annotation about strategic emerging industry, the article analyzes the developmental status, and then according to primary problems existing in the course of development, the article puts forward a series of strategies, for example, strengthening independent innovation capability, perfecting science and technology service system, constructing the small platcan of high talented person, setting up the new system of collecting funds, perfecting the related policy.
