三七提取物的体外抗肿瘤药理作用及其成分分析

摘　　要：目的为更好地综合应用三七资源,对生产中废弃的三七提取物进行体外抗癌药理活性筛选研究和成分分析鉴定.方法改良MTT法筛选四种人源肿瘤细胞进行体外抗肿瘤药理活性;气相色谱-质谱联用法分析鉴定三七提取物进行成分,面积归一法测定各成分相对含量.结果该三七提取物对体外胃癌细胞株MKN-28的半抑制浓度为27.44μg/mL,人喉癌细胞株Hep2的半抑制浓度为390.84μg/mL,人皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤Hut-97的半抑制浓度为304.18μg/mL,人白血病细胞株K562的半抑制浓度为465.15μg/mL;GC-MS鉴定出该提取物中的25种成分.结论该三七提取物对人胃癌细胞株MKN-28的增殖有一定的抑制效果.Objective To screen antitumor activity of the extracts from Panax Notoginseng in vitro and analyze components of the extracts.Methods The modified MTT method was chosen to study the extracts＇ anticancer activity on four kinds of human cancer cells in vitro.The chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）,and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area.Results The half inhibitory concentration（IC50）value of the Panax Notoginseng extracts was 27.44 μg/mL against gastric cancer cell line MKN-28;390.84 μg/mL against human laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep2;304.18 ug/mL against human cutaneous T-cell lymphoma Hut-97;and 465.15 μg/mL against human leukemia cell lines K562.25 components of the Panax Notoginseng extraction were identified by GC-MS.Conclusion The results show that the Panax Notoginseng extracts have inhibitory activity on gastric cancer cell line MKN-28 in vitro.
