股骨粗隆间骨折新分型及其在人工关节置换术中的应用

摘　　要：目的介绍和探讨股骨粗隆间骨折偏髓分型,并分析评价在这一新分型方法指导下应用人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用股骨粗隆间骨折偏髓分型,对148例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折采用标准人工骨水泥型双极股骨头置换术。结果 148例均获得随访,随访时间2～21个月,患者生活均能自理。按Harris评分标准:优68例,良59例,可18例,差3例,优良率达85.8%。结论在偏髓分型指导下施行人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,是一种有效的治疗方法,同时证实偏髓分型是一种良好有效的新分型方法。Objective To introduce the new fracture classification of femoral intertrechanteric and investigate the clinical effect of treatment of femoral intertrochanterie fracture in the elderly patients with bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty. Methods One hundred and forty eight elderly patients with femoral intertrechanterie fractures were treated with the cemented bipolar artificial formal head arthro- plasty. Results All patients were followed up 2-21 months. They could take care of themselves. The postoperative Harris score was excellent in 68 cases, good in 59 cases, fair in 18 cases, and poor in 3 cases. The total excellent and good rate was 85.8%. Conclusion It＇ s an effective method to treat femoral intertrechanterie fractures in eldly patients with the bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement. The new fracture classification of femoral intertroehanteric is very good.
