特异针刺对急性腰部肌肉损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:采用特异针刺和推拿疗法,对体育高考生急性骨骼肌损伤进行治疗,通过对临床症状、肌肉力量和视觉模拟评分指标的评价,验证特异针刺对急性腰部肌肉损伤的疗效。方法:急性腰部损伤的体育高考生168名随机分为两组,A组特异针刺组,B组推拿组,两组之间进行统计学分析,差异不具有显著性。每日治疗1次,5次为1疗程,疗程前和疗程后各收集一次实验数据并进行统计学分析。结果:特异针刺组84例,其中有效73,好转7例,无效4例,总有效率95%;推拿组84例,其中有效65例,好转14例,无效7例,总有效率92%。研究结果表明特异针刺和推拿疗法在5次治疗后与治疗前对临床症状、肌肉力量和视觉模拟评分尺(Visual analog scale,VAS)三项指标的比较均具有统计学意义,特异针刺与推拿手法比较,除肌肉力量不具有显著性差异以外,其他两项指标差异均具有显著性(特异针刺组优于推拿疗法组)。结论:特异针刺对急性腰部肌肉损伤的疗效较为理想,可以在临床实践中推广应用。Objecttive:Special acupuncture therapies and massage were used on the students for the entrance of college suffering from acute skeleton muscle injury,then detected the main items for observation included clinical symptoms,visul and function of acute waist skeleton musele injury,so as to test the effects of the special acupuncture therapies.Method:168 students for the entrance of college,who suffered from acute waist muscle injury are randomly divided into 2 groups,84 in each group.Group A: special acupuncture therapy group;Group B: massage group on the injury part at immediately after injury,5days,one time/day.And the information was collected before and after the treatment and statistically analyzed.Result:84 cases of special acupuncture therapies group,including effective 73 cases,improvement in 7 cases,invalid 4 cases,total efficient 95%;84 cases of massage group,including effective 65 cases,improvement with 14 cases,invalid 7 cases,total efficient 92%.The improvement of symptoms: the result showed that the clinical symptoms,muscle strength and visual analog scale(VAS) were all greatly improved in both special acupuncture therapy and massage group after 5-day treatments.There was significant difference before and after the treatment in both groups.And there was significant difference comparing the massage or special acupuncture therapy.Compared with the massage group,Except muscle strength was no significant,and other indicators were significantly different(the special acupuncture therapies were better than massage).Conclusion:The method was more ideal that the students suffering from acute skeleton muscle injury were treated by special acupuncture therapies,can be applied in clinical practice.
