摘　　要：利用蒙特卡洛模拟程序SIMRES对中子衍射应力分析谱仪进行模拟实验。首先比较了V-5Cr-5Ti合金和α-Fe样品对应的探测器记录的中子强度。然后对无应力状态下的α-Fe平板贯穿扫描,得到完全沉浸和不完全沉浸时赝偏移变化曲线。It carried out simulation of residual stress neutron diffractometer experiment using Monte Carlo neutron ray-tracing program SIMRES.Firstly,neutron intensities recorded by detector for V-5Cr-5Ti alloy and α-Fe sample were compared.Then,α-Fe plate under no stress condition was scanned throughout and anomalous angular shift curve of partial fillings and full fillings was obtained.
