咖啡炭玉石纤维针织内衣面料的研发

摘　　要：介绍了咖啡炭纤维和玉石纤维各自的特点,并用它们与精梳棉和兰精黏胶采用不同比例进行混纺,开发出3种咖啡炭玉石纱线,然后对这3种纱线所编织的针织内衣面料进行对比分析。得出使用赛络紧密纺纱技术,且精梳棉、黏胶、咖啡炭、玉石纤维的混纺比为35∶30∶28∶7,捻度990捻/10 cm,捻系数390,这种咖啡炭玉石纱线的针织面料性能较优。This paper introduces the characteristics of coffee carbon fiber and jade fiber,blends them with combed cotton and Lenzing viscose in different proportions and three kinds of coffee carbon fiber/jade fiber yarns.In addition,this paper analyzes the properties of underwear fabrics knitted by these developed yarns and concludes that when the yarns are spun by using the compact Siro-spinning technology,and the blended ratio between combed cotton,viscose,coffee carbon and jade fiber is 35∶30∶28∶7 with a twist of 990 turns per 10 centimeters and twist factor of 390,the coffee carbon fiber/jade fiber yarn knitted fabric gets better properties.
