摘 要:针对某型步战车晶体管和继电器对炮塔控制的效率和精度不高的问题,采用先进的EM78P458单片机控制的脉宽调制(PWM)调速控制系统对其进行改造。介绍了步战车火炮控制盒的工作原理,内部电路的改造方案;改造后的火炮控制盒不仅提高了系统控制的效率和精度,而且提升了整个系统的可靠性和稳定性,降低了维修成本。应用结果表明,改造后的系统运行稳定可靠,具有一定的实用性。Aimed at the puzzle of being lower in efficiency and precision of barbette control for infantry fighting vehicle adopted the transistor and relay,the paper made the reconstruction design of speed adjusting control system in pulse-width modulation controlled by EM78P458 single chip.In the paper,it introduced the working principle of gun control box in infantry fighting vehicle and the reconstruction design scheme of internal circuit.After reconstructed,the gun control box not only enhanced the efficiency and precision of system control,but also advanced the reliability and stability of overall system,and reduced the maintenance cost.The application result shows that it has certain practicability,and its running is stable and reliable.
