摘　　要：目的探讨捆绑式胰腺胃吻合术在胰腺横断伤治疗中的应用效果。方法对收治的9例胰腺横断伤行捆绑式胰腺胃吻合术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 9例均治愈出院,未发生出血、胰漏等手术并发症,随访1～20个月,近期生活质量良好。结论捆绑式胰腺胃吻合术治疗胰腺横断伤安全、简单、有效,可减少胰漏的发生,但远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective To study the application value of binding pancreatiogastrostomy in pancreatic transection.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with pancreatic transection treated with binding pancreatiogastrostomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were cured without abdominal complications,followed up for 1-20 months,the recent life quality was satisfactory.Conclusion Binding pancreatiogastrostomy treatment of pancreatic transection is safe,effective and easy to perform,which is very helpful in minimizing the leak rate of postoperative complications,but the long-term effect needs to be studied.
