切开复位带线锚钉内固定治疗内踝骨折11例临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察切开复位带线锚钉内固定治疗内踝骨折的效果。方法采用切开复位带线锚钉内固定治疗内踝骨折11例,术后早期不负重功能锻炼。结果所有患者切口均甲级愈合,疗效优良率为100%,无并发症发生。结论带线锚钉内固定治疗内踝骨折,固定可靠,操作简便,避免了二次手术的再损伤,术后踝关节功能恢复良好,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation with line anchor nailing in treatment of 11 patients with medial malleolus fracture.Methods 11 patients with medial malleolus fracture underwent internal fixation with line anchor nailing,and received non-weight-bearing immediately after operations.Results All the incisions healed well at the first rate,and the good effect rate was 100% and no complications occurred.Conclusion Internal fixation with line anchor nailing in treatment of medial malleolus fracture is reliable,simple to operate,and as an ideal method can be used to avoid damage of secondary surgery.
