中药克癣散浸泡治疗戈壁沙漠地区驻训军人手足癣的效果及患者生活质量观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药克癣散浸泡治疗戈壁沙漠地区驻训军人手足癣的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择戈壁沙漠地区驻训军人手足癣患者145例,随机分为观察组75例和对照组70例。观察组给予中药克癣散浸泡手足,对照组给予复方酮康唑乳膏外用2,周为1个疗程,治疗24、周后判定疗效并进行比较。两组治疗前后生活质量用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表进行评估。结果观察组总有效率为84.0%,对照组为68.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在治疗后DLQI量表中10个问题每个问题得分及总分值与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药克癣散浸泡治疗军人手足癣效果显著,对患者生活质量有明显改善作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and life quality of Kexuan Powders in treatment of tinea manus and pedis in troops in Gobi Desert.Methods 145 patients with tinea manus and pedis were randomly divided into observation group（n=75） and control group（n=70）.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine Kexuan powders to soak feet and hands,but the control group received compound ketoconazole cream,for a course of 2 weeks,and efficacy was compared 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Quality of life was assessed with the Dermatology Life Quality Index（DLQI） questionnaire before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates in observation group and in control group were 84.0% and 68.56% respectively,and the difference was significant（P0.05）;scores of each question and total scores of 10 questions in both groups showed significant differences before and after treatment（P0.01）,but there were no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Soaking treatment of tinea manus and pedis in troops stationed in Gobi Desert with Traditional Chinese medicine Kexuan powders is significantly effective,and can improve quality of life.
