基于“军字一号”系统的多功能输液卡打印程序的设计与实现

摘　　要：目的设计基于"军字一号"系统的多功能输液卡打印程序。方法从"军字一号"数据库提取数据,利用PowerBuilder 9.0开发工具进行程序设计。结果在原医院信息系统(HIS)下每天打印输液卡基础上,改进为可连续使用7 d,并添加医保类型、液体滴数、频次、抗生素皮试结果和批号、护士查对签名、拔针时间及签名、医嘱停止日期、病人或家属签名等内容,完善多功能输液卡打印方式,实现了智能翻页打印。结论多功能输液卡打印程序实现了输液卡的标准化格式,极大提高了护士的工作效率和工作质量。Objective To design a program of multifunctional transfusion card printing system based on ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂.Methods Data were extracted from the database of ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂,and PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the system.Results Printing transfusion card once a day based on Hospital Information System（HIS） was improved for continuous use for seven days,and the health insurance category,drop number and frequency,skin test results and the use of batch number,the signature of checkers,needle withdrawal time and signature,expiring time of medical order and the signature of patients or familiarity were implemented.The program of multifunctional transfusion card functions were consummated and intelligent page printing was implemented.Conclusion The program of multifunctional transfusion card printing process implements standard format and greatly improves the efficiency and the quality of nursing work.
