保定市在校大学生TTV重叠感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解保定市高校大学生中不同人群TT病毒的感染状况。方法采用半巢式聚合酶链反应(semi-nested PCR)对健康人群、肝炎患者及HCV感染者等5组人群血清进行TTV DNA检测。结果保定市高校大学生中不同人群血清TTV DNA总阳性率17.6%,健康人群血清TTV DNA阳性率9.3%。其他人群血清TTV DNA阳性率由高到低依次为丙型肝炎组31.6%、乙型肝炎组26.9%、急性甲型肝炎组16.7%、HCV感染组9.3%。急性甲型肝炎组、HCV感染组血清TTV DNA阳性率与健康人群比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);丙型肝炎组、乙型肝炎组血清TTV DNA阳性率与健康人群比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大学生中广泛存在TTV感染组,丙型肝炎、乙型肝炎患者的感染率较高。Objective To know the infection state of TTV and the relationship between other viral liver diseases in Baoding city. Methods DNA of TTV was tested by nested polymerase chain reaction in serum of all peoples. Results The total infection rate of TTV was 17.6%. The infection rate was 9.3% in healthy population. The infection rate of TTV in hepatitis C groups was, 31.6%, 26.9% in hepatitis B and 16.7% in hepatitis A respectively. There was no significant difference between the infection rate in healthy population and that in hepatitis A. But the infection rate of TTV in healthy population was significant different （P 〈 0.01） while compared that in patients with hepatitis B, cirrhosis patient, hepatitis C. TTV could infect people alone and it was also found existing with HBV and HCV at the same time. Conclusion There is TTV infection in Baoding city, and the infection rate is higher in hepatitis B and hepatitis C groups. TTV infection may show a reciprocal association with HBV and HCV infection.
