摘　　要：随着纳米材料在生物医学领域中的广泛应用及生物纳米技术的蓬勃发展,生物大分子与纳米材料的结合已逐渐成为生物医学研究中的一个热点。对糖类、脂类、核酸、蛋白质等生物大分子在纳米材料制备中的应用做了阐述,并对该方向未来的发展趋势做了展望。With the wide application of nanomaterial in biomedical field and the rapid development of bionanotechnology, the conjugation of biomacromolecule with nanomaterial has become a hot spot in biomedical research. The application of biomacromolecules, such as sugar, lipid, nucleci acid and protein, in the preparation of nanomaterial was briefly reviewed in this article and the future development trend in this research area was also described.
