摘　　要：在考量我国现有对于前科消灭制度的基础上,对德州乐陵法院的模式展开思考,从主导机关、程序设计、证明标准、考察模式和证明标准等方面进行分析,采用更为稳定的影响因素和证明标准来对于类行政审批程序的前科消灭机制进行重构,以期实现司法力量为主导、综合相关部门协同的抗辩制前科消灭考察程序,来达到社会预防和个人发展的和谐统一。In consideration of our existing system for the criminal records elimination the authors carry out the study of the Dezhou model, from the leading agencies, program design, proven standards, study models and standard of proof, etc. The authors also analyze the impact of the use of more stable factors and certification standards for restructuring the type of administrative examination and approval procedures. The research hopes to to achieve justice for the dominant force, integrated collaboration of relevant departments of the elimination of the defense system of records inspection procedures, to achieve personal development and social harmony.
