摘　　要：清末民初,积弱不振的清政府在内忧外患的冲击下,接连向日本派遣了大批军事留学生,他们学成归国后,被充实到各个军事部门。无论在主持军事教育,还是在充任现役军官方面,均做出了不同程度的贡献。但囿于时代的局限,纷纷卷入了军阀混战的漩涡之中,从而在民初军事变革史上遗憾地留下败笔。At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of Min Guo,the weak Qing dynasty under the impact of domestic trouble and foreign invasion sent a large number of military students to Japan.They were distributed to military section after they came back.They have made different degrees of contribution,not only at military education,but also at serving as officers in active service.However,limited by the times,many of them involved themselves into the swirl of warlord fight.So they spotted themselves in the course of military reform at the first years of Min Guo.
