摘　　要：文章利用我国2000年到2009年的数据,实证分析外商直接投资对我国内资工业的影响,比较研究外资对劳动密集型工业和技术密集型工业的外溢差异,并从利用外资规模、外资密度、技术差距等方面剖析了其原因。文章指出,外资对我国内资工业的发展和内资工业产业结构的提升均存在积极的影响,但仍存在进一步提升的空间。This paper analyzes the impact of FDI on China＇s domestic industry by empirical research using the data of china from 2000 to 2009,compares the differences of FDI＇s spillover effect between the labor-intensive industries and the technology-intensive industries,and analyzes the reasons from the foreign capital＇s scale,density and the technology gap,etc.The results show that FDI has positive effects on both the development of the domestic industry and its upgrade of industrial structure,but there is still ascending space.
