学校体育管理改革的案例研究——寄宿制青田中学体育管理现况调查与分析

摘　　要：为了解寄宿制中学体育管理现状,给体育管理改革提供依据和建议,以青田中学为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对寄宿制青田中学体育管理现况进行调查,结果表明:体育经费大部分投入到竞技体育;学校未对体育俱乐部管理给予重视;各职能部门间合作效果不显著;学校对体育教师的考核以竞赛成绩为主;体育教师对奖惩管理制度模糊等。To understand the boarding school sports management situation,to provide policy decisions and recommendations for the relevant departments,this study take secondary school of Qingtian as the research object,and by the literature material method,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,statistics and other research methods,Boarding School of Qingtian sports management was investigated.The results show that： most of the funding for sports into athletics;school did not give attention to sports club management;sports-related interdepartmental cooperation had no significant effect,the results of athletics contest is the main assessment of P.E.teacher;the incentive management system is fuzzy.
