高校新校区项目后评估的多层次实证分析

摘　　要：利用层次分析法构建新校区建设后评估指标体系,论述了各指标的权重并进行一致性检验,确定了指标评分和规范化的方法,对某高校新校区建设项目进行了后评估实证分析,得出了后评估结论,并提出学校应拓宽建设经费筹措渠道、加强节约型校园的建设和实现院校间资源共享的建议。At first,this paper set up an index system of new college campus project on the base of AHP,determined the weight of each indicator and conducted consistency test.What＇s more,it determined the methods identification of indicators and standardized score.Finally,it executed post-evaluation empirical analysis in a new college campus and assessed the conclusions,and suggested that university should broaden the financing channels for the construction and build the saving campus and achieve inter-institutional sharing of resources.
