摘 要:目的:观察低温透析对终末期肾衰竭透析患者血压的影响。方法:将32例长期维持血液透析肾衰竭患者随机分为低温透析组及常温透析组,分别用36℃、37℃的透析液进行血液透析,观察透析前后体温、血容量、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的变化情况。结果:2组透析超滤量比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),2组患者透析前后体温比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),低温透析组低血压的发生率低于常温透析组(P<0.05)。结论:低温透析能减少透析患者低血压的发生并提高患者对超滤的耐受以清除更多的液体,低温透析操作简便、安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effects of the hypothermal dialysate on blood pressure in dialysis patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods:32 cases of hemodialysis patients were divided randomly into 2 groups(low-temperature group 36 ℃ dialyzing and the normal temperature group 37 ℃ dialyzing).Body temperature,blood capacity,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were recorded.Results:Comparison of ultrafiltration dialysis,there was no significant difference(P0.05);the body temperature difference in two groups before and after dialysis was statistically significant(P0.05);hypotension incidence in low temperature dialysis group was lower compared with in the normal temperature dialysis group,The difference had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature hemodialysis can reduce the episodes of hypotension and improve patient tolerance of ultrafiltration to remove more liquid.It is easy to manipulate,safe and dependable,should be extended.
