精神病患者的吸烟管理规范化模式的实施

摘　　要：目的:了解我院实施吸烟管理后精神病患者的吸烟情况,并探讨管理方案。方法:对住院精神病患者实施吸烟管理,并自制吸烟调查表对吸烟精神病男患者的吸烟认知情况进行调查。结果:对吸烟管理满意的占76.52%;不反对或没意见的占83.81%;认为吸烟不利于健康的占63.95%,有戒烟想法的占72.06%,按要求放置烟蒂的占68.24%。结论:对精神科住院吸烟患者的吸烟管理是有效的,可提高患者对香烟的认识和自我约束力,改善患者的生活质量。Objective：To understand the result of the mental patient of smoking after our implementation on smoking management and further to discuss management plan.Methods：Carried out the smoking management,researched the male patient＇s cognition on smoking by implement smoking self-made questionnaire.Results：There were 76.52% patients showing satisfactory in smoking management,and patients who did not oppose restriction of smoking accounted for 83.81%;63.95% patients thought smoking was unhealthful;The patients to quit smoking riseed up to 72.06%;68.24% of patients had formed the habit of throwing cigarette according to the requirements after smoking.Conclusion：Scientific and reasonable smoking management for hospitalized psychiatric patients can not only enhance their understanding to cigarette and self-discipline,but also correct the unhealthy behaviors and improve quality of life.
