摘　　要：新农村建设离不开科技的支撑和引领,科技进步是发展现代农业、推进新农村建设的强大动力。与发达省份相比,河北省农村科技还有一定的差距,还存在一些问题,只有深入分析这些障碍因素并提出相关对策,才能促进我省新农村的建设和发展。The new rural construction must be technological support and guidance,Technological progress is the power to develop agricultural production and new rural construction.Compared with advanced provinces,Hebei Province rural technology has a great gap,There are still many problems,only in-depth analysis of these perblems and putting forward corresponding countermeasures can promote the rural contruction and development
