摘  要:为提高异步电机转子断条诊断的准确性,提出了一种基于经验模式分解(EMD)的诊断方法。选取单相功率频谱作为分析对象,通过对单相功率频谱进行EMD,准确地提取了2sf故障特征量。仿真结果表明,该方法诊断灵敏度高、直观清晰,有效解决了定子电流中故障分量频率与基波频率相近而不易被EMD的难题,是一种有效的方法。In order to improve the precision of fault diagnosis in asynchronous motor,the fault diagnosis method based on EMD was put forward in this text.Single-phase power spectrum was analyzed based on EMD,and fault frequency 2sf was picked up in single-phase power spectrum.Simulation results showed that this method was high sensitive and clear.It successfully solved the problem of which fault component frequency of rotor broken bar was too close to basic wave to be separated in stator current.It was feasible to apply in motor fault diagnosis.
