摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性膈疝患儿术后呼吸功能恢复的护理方法。方法:收集我院2009年1月～2010年1月66例先天性膈疝手术患儿术后呼吸功能恢复的护理临床资料,将其随机的分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上进行术后呼吸功能恢复的护理,比较分析其呼吸功能恢复的护理方法的临床疗效。结果:根据两组患儿术后PaO2及PaCO2的比较,观察组呼吸功能恢复正常者明显高于对照组。结论:先天性膈疝术后早期进行积极的呼吸功能恢复的护理,对于患儿术后病情恢复至关重要。Objective：To study congenital diaphragmatic hernia postoperative respiratory function recovery nursing methods and clinical curative effect.Methods：66 patients with congenital diaphragmatic hernia surgery postoperative respiratory function of nursing clinical data were recovered January 2009-January 2010,and it will randomly divided into two groups,including the control group routine operation cure to add general postoperative nursing,the observation group in the control group was conducted on the basis of postoperative respiratory function recovery care,compared and analyzed of the respiratory function recovery nursing methods of clinical curative effect.Results：According to two groups of patients PaO2 and the comparison of the PaCO2,the observation group respiratory function restore normal control group,there was obviously statistical significance.Conclusion：Congenital diaphragmatic hernia early postoperative active breathing function restore nursing,postoperative recovery for disease is very important.
