摘　　要：着眼于复杂电磁环境下信息化联合作战,从确立任职教育人才培养目标、精选任职教育内容、突出信息化指挥谋略训练、拓宽任职教育培训渠道和完善任职教育培训方式5个方面加强军队院校任职教育,培养信息化条件下联合作战指挥人才。This paper puts forward a view of the information-based combined operations under complex electromagnetism environment and strengthen military academy professional education from the five aspects of establishing the cultivation objects,choosing the education content,giving prominence to the informatization command strategy training,broadening the training way,perfecting the training method,which can lead to cultivate the command talents under informatization condition in an effective way.
