摘　　要：在分析军队知识管理的过程和目的的基础上,给出军队知识管理的定义,并对军队实施知识管理的影响因素进行了分析,为军队知识管理的实施提供了依据。Based on the analysis of the process and intention of the army knowledge management,this paper presented the definition of the army knowledge management,and analyzed the influencing factors of the army knowledge management.It provides the basis for the implementation of the army knowledge management.
