摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道2微米激光前列腺切除拔管后排尿困难的原因及对策。方法对290例接受经尿道2微米激光前列腺切除患者中拔除尿管后出现排尿困难的10例患者进行临床回顾性分析。结果 10例均接受膀胱尿道镜检查,结果发现残余腺体2例、残留切下的组织堵塞3例、组织炎症水肿梗阻3例、不明原因2例。再次行切除术2例,余8例继续留置尿管3～30 d,拔除尿管后均排尿通畅。术后随访3～12个月,无严重并发症。结论2微米激光前列腺切除术后少数患者在拔除尿管后可以出现排尿困难,常见原因为腺体残余、组织残留和炎性水肿等原因,应引起临床重视。Objective To evaluate the causes and treatment of immediate dysuria after 2-micron laser resection of prostate.Methods The 10 patients of immediate dysuria after 2 micron laser resection of prostate were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases underwent cystoscopy,which showed 2 cases left with residual prostatic adenoma,3 with tissue suffocation,3 with edema,2 with uncertain causes.The 2 cases left with prostatic adenoma underwent another resection,and all the patients were inserted catheters for 3-30 days;3-12 months later the follow-up showed the patients recovered well without any serious complications.Conclusion A few cases may develop immediate dysuria after 2 micron laser resection of prostate.The causes include left adenoma,edema,tissue suffocation,which should be payed more attention.
