青年乳腺癌淋巴结转移与ER、C—erbB-2表达的相关性及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨青年乳腺癌淋巴结转移与ER、C—erbB-2表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测58例乳腺癌组织中ER、C—erbB-2的表达以及淋巴结转移的情况。结果腋窝淋巴结转移阳性率为55。2％，ER、C—erbB-2表达阳性率分别为：43．10％和60．34％，淋巴结转移与C—erbB-2表达有显著相关性（P〈0．05）。结论青年乳腺癌具有更强的侵袭性，易发生淋巴结转移，这与C—erbB-2的表达不同有关，与ER的表达无明显相关。Objective To investigate the correlations between the lymph node status and the expressions of ER, C - erbB - 2 in the tissues from young women with breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FaR. C - erbB - 2 in the tissues from 58 young women with breast eareinoma. Results 55.2% patients had node metastasis. The positive rate of ER and C- erbB- 2 was 43.10% and 60.34%, respectively. Node metastasis was positively correlated to the expression of C - erbB- 2,but not to the expression of ER. Conclusion Young patients breast cancer is more invasive than old patients and liable to lymph node metastasis, that is correlated to the expression of C- erbB- 2, but had no obvius relantionship with the expression of ER.
