摘　　要：在使用Asp.net设计和开发某学院人事和工资管理系统中,数据库的备份和恢复也是系统必备的功能模块之一,考虑到使用简单方便,本系统中采用脱机完全备份。备份信息记录采用XML文件加以保存,用于恢复,解决了数据库恢复后数据库中记录和实际备份文件不同步的问题。In designing and developing the Human Resources and Salary Management System of NJCC（Nanjing College of Chemical and Technical）,the database backup and recovery is essential modules of the system,for using it in easy way,this system uses an offline full backup.Backup information records to be preserved in an XML file for recovery,this method solve the synchronized problem between the backup files and records in the database.
