摘　　要：采用预乳化工艺、半连续种子乳液聚合的方法制备常温自交联苯丙乳液,并研究了用其配制的环境友好型水性防腐涂料在柴油机铸铁机壳浸涂线上的应用,以及亚桐油酸醇酸树脂、反应性乳化剂、三聚磷酸铝、双丙酮丙烯酰胺等对环境友好型水性防腐涂料的性能影响。The method of pre-emulsifying technology and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization is used to prepare the self-crosslinking styrene/acrylic emulsion of room temperature curing,and further to give the environment-friendly water-borne anticorrosion coatings.This paper studies the use of the coatings in the dipping line of diesel engine cast shell and the influence of linoleic-tung oil acid alkyd resin,reactive emulsifier,and aluminum tripolyphosphate and diacetone acrylamide on the properties of the environment-friendly water-borne anticorrosion coatings.
