四极质谱仪在线监测密闭环境空气中12种常量微量组分的研究

摘　　要：应用四极质谱仪对密闭环境空气中3种常量组分和8种微量组分进行测定：其中,氢气、氧气和二氧化碳三种常量气体的相对标准偏差为0.00%;正庚烷、氟利昂22、苯、甲苯、卤代烷1301、乙苯、三氯甲烷和四氯化碳8种微量气体的相对标准偏差范围为0.00%～3.25%;微量气体的检测极限可达0.1×10-6。Three normal amount components and eight trace amount components in closed cabin were measured by quadrupole mass spectrometer. It was concluded that the RSD of H2,O2 and CO2 was 0.00%; the RSD range of eight trace amount components such as heptanes, Freon, benzene and toluene was 0.00-3.25%; the detection limit for the trace amount components was 0.1×10-6.
