摘  要:电容式触摸感应检测按键是近年来迅速发展起来的一种新型按键,它可以穿透绝缘材料的介质层(玻璃、塑料等),通过检测人体手指接近金属感应片带来的电容量的变化,判断出人体手指的触摸动作,从而实现按键功能。本文介绍了一种使用TCH692芯片实现触摸感应按键的方法。文章首先对TCH692芯片的特点给出了简单的描述,接着给出了芯片的典型应用示例和对电源的要求。为了提高产品的稳定性,文章从电路板元件布局、布线和感应焊盘的设计、参考电容的选择、灵敏度的调整等方面对设计中需要特别注意的要点进行了详细的说明。最后对该芯片的性能和特点进行了总结和评价。Capacitive touching sensor detection key is a new type of key which is developed rapidly in recent years.It can pierce the outer insulation material (glass and plastic and other),through detecting the finger of the charge moves around and judged out of the body of the action to achieve a key function.This article introduced a method to achieve touching sensor detection key based on TCH692 chip.At first,this article gives a brief introduction of the TCH692 chip and then offered microchips for a typical example and application of electricity demand.In order to improve the stability of the product,this article gives a detailed description which needs special attentions such as PCB design,circuit wiring,PAD design,and reference capacitor.In the end,the article makes a summary about the characteristics of the chip.
