摘 要:目的:提高肺癌高温灌注化疗患者电话随访的质量。方法:电话随访1999年~2011年6月某院用高温灌注化疗法治疗的64例肺癌患者,分析、总结影响电话随访质量的因素:随访计划和内容、随访时机和礼仪、随访者扎实的专业知识、良好的沟通技能、高度的责任心等。结果:周密的随访计划、适宜的随访内容、合适的随访时机、温馨的随访礼仪、扎实的专业知识、良好的沟通技能、高度的责任心是提高电话随访质量的重要因素。结论:电话随访是方便、快捷的医患沟通方式,可以建立起和谐的医患关系,为肺癌患者提供有效的生活指导及心理疏导,为医院树立良好的社会形象。Objectives: To improve telephone follow-up quality of the chemotherapy of lung cancer patients. Methods: 64 cases of lung cancer patients with high temperature treatment were selected to receive telephone follow-up in June 1999-2011. Factors influencing telephone follow up quality such as the follow up plan and content, time and etiquette, investigator' s professional knowledge and communication skill and responsibility were summarized and analyzed. Resuhs: Carefnl follow-up plan. appropriate follow-up content, appropriate follow-up time to warm up ritual, a solid professional knowledge, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility are the important faetol,'s to improve the quality of telephone follow up. Conclusions: Telephone follow-up is a convenient and fast physician-patient communication mode. On this way, hospital and patients can establish a harmonious relationship to give effective physical and mental help for lung cancer patients and build good social image fur hospital.
