基于临床医疗数据看某院全国重点专科(肿瘤科)的发展

摘　　要：选择其中具有代表性的某院肿瘤科,对该科2005～2009年门诊住院数据中出院病人治疗转归情况、医疗工作量、出院病人的性别、年龄、疾病种类、区域来源和发挥中医药特色优势等指标进行分析,展现了该专科近几年的医疗工作发展情况;继而对该分析结果进行讨论,强调了肿瘤科作为国家中医药管理局重点专科在本院、乃至全国确实起到领头羊作用,同时指出科室在长期规划、突出中医药特色优势方面尚需进一步加强。文章对政府及医院自身评价国家中医药管理局重点专科建设成果、制定今后工作计划提供了一定的参考。Treatment outeome, medical workload, patie, nt＇ s gender, age, diagnosis, source and utilization tff traditional Chinese medicine from 2005 to 2009 in the selected cancer department in Guang＇ anmen Hospital were analyzed and medical service status in these years were described. As a leader in cancer treatment of Chinese traditional medicine, the long term development planning and characters of Chinese traditimlal medicine needs to be further strengthened. Some reference was made for government and self assessing the result of key discipline construction and for further planning.
