高硫石油焦清洁利用技术浅析

摘　　要：简单介绍了高硫石油焦的性质,概括介绍了高硫石油焦在活性炭生产、铝用预焙阳极生产和立窑水泥生产方面的应用现状,重点论述了循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧技术、POX技术和整体式气化联合循环技术(IGCC)技术的工艺流程、技术特点,以及清洁利用高硫石油焦的发展现状,指出了六种技术在清洁利用高硫石油焦方面的各自不同前景。The character of high-sulfur petroleum coke was briefly introduced,and the applications of it in activated carbon preparation,production of aluminum prebake anode and cement in shaft kiln were summarized.Three kinds of technologies including circulating fluidized bed（CFB） boiler,partial oxidation（POX） and integrated gasification combined cycle（IGCC） unit were importantly analyzed on process,technical advantage,and the development of clean utilization in high-sulfur petroleum coke.The respective prospect of the six kinds of technologies above in processing high-sulfur petroleum coke were pointed out.
