摘　　要：PVC稳定剂的无毒化已经是大势所趋。本文概述了CZX系列无毒钙锌稳定剂的研制及其在UL 105℃电缆料中的应用。CZX系列稳定剂是一个全新的无毒稳定剂体系,应用了游离基的中和、吸附等多种理论,针对不同阶段的PVC分解问题,从不同的角度对PVC进行全面稳定化,效果比传统稳定剂更为理想。It was a irresistible trend to develop the non-toxicity of PVC stabilizer all over the world.The development of non-toxic calcium-znic stabilizer series and application in UL 105 ℃ cable were outlined.CZX series stabilizer was a completely new non-toxic stabilizer system according to several theories incluing neutralization of free group and absorption.In order to get a higher efficiency than the tranditional stabilizer,PVC was fully stabilized from diverse aspects on the basis of the decomposition of PVC in different period.
