单孔腹腔镜技术在胆囊疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：探讨单孔腹腔镜技术在胆囊切除术中的应用价值。总结52例单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除临床资料。结果单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术与"金标准"的多孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术各项指标基本一致。因此,单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全、可靠,无瘢痕,代表了当前胆囊疾病治疗的主流。To investigate the application of lapro--endoscopic single site surgery in cholecystitus. We summarized 52 cases of clinical data with lapro--endoscopic single site surgery. The indicators of lapro--endoscopic single site surgery in cholecystitus are no significant difference with the ＂gold standard＂ of the porous laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Lapro--endoscopic single site surgery is safe and reliable, the cosmetic results with no scar, representing the mainstream of the current treatment of gallbladder disease.
