传统与改良鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的病例对照研究

摘　　要：比较传统与改良鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术两种手术方式,探讨改良鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术的可行性与优势所在。局部麻醉下分别采用传统与改良鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术对闭合性单纯鼻骨骨折及部分合并鼻中隔骨折的患者进行复位后,比较两种手术方式患者的复位效果、术中出血、术后不适及住院时间。改良鼻内镜下鼻骨复位术较传统鼻内镜下鼻骨复位具有麻醉效果好、鼻腔损伤小、术后痛苦小、患者恢复快的优势,值得推广使用。This is to compare the conventional and improved nasal bone reductions under nasal endoscopy, discuss the advantage of improved nasal bone reduction on conventional. Reposition the fracture nasal bone of the simple bone fracture patients and this kind of patients complicated with nasal septum fractures under nasal endoscopy with local anesthesia via conventional （ conventional group） or improve nasal bone reductions（improved group）, compare the anesthesia effect, nasal mucosa lesion, complains after surgery, hospital stays of the two group. The improved group has advantages over the conventional group, such as less pain and lesion, recover faster, and so on.
