摘　　要：发展现代农业是贯彻落实科学发展观,推进区域协调发展,构建和谐社会的重要举措。本研究运用SWOT分析法,对河北滨海平原发展现代农业的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战进行系统分析,提出了滨海平原发展现代农业的对策。Developing modern agriculture is an important measure for implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, promoting regional harmonious development and constructing the harmonious society. Using SWOT analysis, the paper analyzed systematically the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for Hebei coastal plain to develop modern agriculture, then put forward a series of Countermeasures.
