摘  要:针对低合金高强钢在焊接过程中容易出现接头淬硬脆化,塑、韧性下降,冷裂纹等问题,对15CrNiMoV与超高强Tenaris S690钢的焊接工艺进行了研究,采用混合气体保护STT(表面张力过渡)焊打底,焊条电弧焊填充、盖面,通过选择焊接材料、焊前预热、严格控制道间温度,确保合理的焊接热输入、焊后保温等措施,确定了合理的焊接工艺,得到了表面成形良好、无焊接缺陷,力学性能优良的焊接接头,并成功地应用于产品焊接。During the welding process of the low alloy high strength steel,the welding joints had the tendencies of quench-hardening,toughness-decreasing,cold cracking etc..As for the above defects,the welding procedure of low alloy steel(15CrNiMoV)and extra high strength steel(Tenaris S690)was discussed in this paper.GMAW with a STT(Surface Tensile Transfer)transfer mode shielded by mixed gas was used in the backing weld.SMAW was followed during the filling and cosmetic welding.Well-fused,defect-free welding joints with excellent mechanical properties was gained through adjusting the welding variables of preheat,inter-pass temperature,heat input and post heat treatment.This procedure had been successfully used in the welding field.
