308nm准分子激光联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨308nm准分子激光联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将2010年9月至2011年3月就诊的71例局限性神经性皮炎患者完全随机分为治疗组（31例）和对照组（40例），治疗组给予308nm准分子激光照射治疗，2次／周，期间外用0．05％卤米松乳膏，2次／d；对照组外用0．05％卤米松乳膏，2次／d；2组均于治疗4周后，2组观察疗效。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为93．55％（29／31）和72．50％（29／40），2组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=5．17，P〈0．05）。治疗组中有5例患者第1次治疗后照射部位出现红肿、水疱，暂停治疗，其中2例脱痂后皮损消退，痊愈；其余3例患者再次治疗时，减量100mJ／cm2，再未出现不良反应。结论308nm准分子激光联合0．05％卤米松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎疗效确切，不良反应少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of 308 ran excimer laser and 0.05% halometasone cream in the treatment of circumscribed neurodermatifis. Methods Seventy-one patients with circumscribed neurodermatitis were divided into two groups： the treatment group（3 1 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The treatment group were treated with the 308 nm excimer laser twice per week and 0. 05% halometasone cream twice per day. The control group were treated with 0. 05% halometasone cream twice per day. The follow-up was 4 weeks from the end of the treatment. The clinical response to therapy and adverse effects was recorded. Results The effective rate was 93.55% （29/3 1 ） in the treatment group, while the effective rate was 72.50% （29/40） in the control group, there was significant difference in two groups （X2 = 5.17, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Combined 308 nm excimer laser with 0. 05% halometasone cretan in the treatment of neurodermatitis showes good efficacy with few adverse reactions.
