摘　　要：民族古籍承载着民族文化的厚重,是中华古老文明和灿烂文化的载体,也是中华民族共同心理的历史积淀。对民族古籍进行有效的保护和开发,可从以下几个方面着手:注重活态传承,培养传承人;注重对民族古籍的翻译出版以及推广;运用数字化技术研究开发民族古籍;完善民族古籍的相关立法、执法以及监督机制。Ancient books are the carder of the ancient Chinese civilization and splendid culture and the common psychological history of the Chinese heritage. We should protect and develop the ancient books from the following aspects： paying attention to the living heritage and training the successors; translating and publishing the ancient books; applying the digital technology in the development of ancient books and improving the legislation, enforcement and monitoring mechanisms related to national ancient books.
