摘　　要：军队医院参与公立医院改革面临难于公平参与、医疗市场形势严峻、医院发展受限等问题。医院应积极参与,建立军地沟通常态机制、提升医院的核心竞争力、制定合理的战略发展目标、深刻领会医保政策,更好地服务民众。To participate the public hospital reform,military hospital in the face of some questions： difficult to engage in fair,medical market situation is grim,hospital development is limited and other issues.Military hospital should be actively involved in the establishment of normal mechanism of military and government communication,Enhance core competitiveness of the hospital by Serious self-improvement,Develop a reasonable strategic development goal with correct positioning,actively adapt to a profound understanding of health insurance policies to better serve the public.
