摘　　要：通过探讨信息素养的内涵及发展趋势,对精神病专科医院图书馆员信息素养必须具备内涵及要求进行分析讨论。提出通过培养精神病专科医院图书馆员信息意识,加强信息技能培训,加强与医务人员的交流与个性化服务等方法来提升信息素养水平。通过制定可行的信息素养继续教育计划,加强宣传提高认识,加强信息资源和技术保障建设,制定相应的考核与激励机制等途径来提高精神病专科医院图书馆员的信息素养,协助推动精神病专科医院事业的持续发展。Through the discussion information literacy connotation and the trend of development,must have the connotation to psychiatric hospital Librarian information literacy and request to carry on the analysis discussion.Proposed through the raise psychiatric hospital Librarian information consciousness,strengthens information skill training,the enhancement and medical personnel＇s exchange and the personalized service,promotes methods together and so on information literacy level,through the formulation feasible information literacy continuing education plan,the enhancement propaganda enhancement understanding,strengthens the information resource and the technical support construction,formulates corresponding ways and so on inspection and drive mechanism enhances psychiatric hospital Librarian＇s information literacy,assists to impel psychiatric hospital enterprise the continually development.
